Dr. L. Jack Cheng, MD, Ph. D, Medical Director
Astoria Medical Spa is very excited to introduce to you our partnership with Dr. Cheng & Cosmetic and Laser Specialists! Dr. Cheng is a leading physician in the new and emerging field of anti-aging. Dr. Cheng founded the anti-aging medicine practice, LifeSpring, LLC in early 2000. In 2004,
Dr. Cheng co-founded Atlanta Cosmetic Surgery, LLC that was later renamed Tuxedo Aesthetic Surgery Center. The center provides the entire spectrum of cosmetic care ranging from cosmetic surgeries, like breast augmentation, face-lift to non-surgical procedures like Botox cosmetics, dermal fillers to all the aesthetic laser treatments. In 2005, Dr. Cheng founded Cosmetic & Laser Specialist, LLC (CLS) with its primary business goal being providing cosmetic medicine training for primary care physicians and cosmetic lasers. Dr. Cheng has served as the chief medical consultant for Guardian Health, Inc. a health supplements company, the Unique Product Company assisting with their research and development efforts. Dr. Cheng serves as medical advisior for several other leading companies in the health supplement industry, including Integrated Therapeutics and USNA.
Dr. Cheng is board certified and an honored member of the American Board of Preventive Medicine; member of the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine; and a certified medical review officer with the Medical Review Officer Council. Dr. Cheng received his Doctor of Philosophy in Toxicology from the University of Cincinnati; his Master of Preventive Medicine from Tongi Medical University, China; and his Doctor of Medicine from Tongi Medical University, China.
